"2008 is surely going to be a big year for PaperPushers, an exciting new
group hailing from Leeds. They effortlessly blend soulful, drum and bass infused
rhythms, driving indie guitars, synths, beatbox and all manner of instruments
and genres to create a unique sound that somehow is both cutting-edge whilst
still natural and quintessentially English. A look at PaperPushers' first EP,
and previews of the new album, highlights the band's amazing songwriting
ability, creating songs with beautifully crafted hooks, depth and vision. The
band's skills at songwriting are backed up on the stage with a thrilling dynamic
live show. It is not often that a band of this calibre appears, definitely a one
to watch in 2008!!" - Yes Boss Music, London
