Northern Drum Centre is one of the biggest and most reputable drum specialists in the UK. We are intent on offering the best service, advice and customer care you will find in any shop. We are main dealers for most of the major drum, percussion, and cymbal manufacturers and stock literally hundreds of accessories. Give us a call on 01274 371271 if you require something not advertised on the site as it would be impossible to list every item...you never know, we might have it and if not we will do our utmost to try and source it for you.

Established in 1987, we have seen many trends in retail over the years. None have had as much impact as the internet on the way in which we purchase our goods. I was always reluctant to have an e-commerce website as I still believe that instruments should be touched and seen before purchasing.(what a dinosaur eh?..looking forward to running water and electricity at the shop soon!)..however the results in the marketplace proved otherwise resulting in the website on which you are browsing. I am intent on displaying equipment on this site that we hold in stock wherever possible as the music industry is prone to long order periods and I dont see the point of advertising something you the customer cant readily purchase.

REPAIRS

Much of our time in store is spent fixing and repairing drums that have seen better days. If you have such a beast give us a call and we will endeavour to all we can to rescue your pride and joy. Repair fees vary accordingly with individual needs.

TUNING

A great many of our sales enquiries obviously revolve around drum head replacement. We stock hundreds of heads by manufacturers such as Remo. Evans. Aquarian. Pearl. Premier at competitive prices.
We will glady fit drum heads and offer a tuning service for convenience. Fees again vary depending on the size of the kit involved.
